One of the most famous lines from the first Godfather movie was, “I’ll make you a deal you can’t refuse, either your signature on the paper, or your brains”. Although its still in the rumor stage I would not put it past the kind, loving, sharing holy father to concoct something like this. Knowing him if he works it right he can eek a couple bucks out of this as well.
The “loyalty oath” was tried once but it did not work in Chicago. The ICKSP were confronted by Blase “mom’s Mabley” Cupich. He was slapping them upside the head for using the holy week schedule from the pre 1950 missal. Heaven forbid to condemn the Jews. He told them drop the pre 50 holy week, sign this paper acknowledging the only accepted mass is the Mass of Paul VI and you can say your evil Latin mass. To their credit the canons said no, it was against their constitution. Leo shut then shut them down. Bravo for them but can they muster the courage to resist the next round of persecutions?
That lavender mafia in Rome are really pretty slick. You can really see how this has unfolded back for over a year now. The SSPX kept begging Rome for permission to consecrate bishops. Leo kept side stepping the issue running off to various secular venues. You know, guest appearances to mosques, global warming conferences and the like. In his place he sends his chief fag, er, ah, Cardinal, mad dog Tucho who basically goes no where with the talks. Instead he pretty much insulted the institute. The society was pushed in a corner, it was either sign the prevost loyalty oath, accepting all of Vatican II, or excommunication.
That was the key now Leftie Leo could turn his attention to neutralizing the ecclesia dei groups. The lap dogs at the FSSP were the first to run into Leo’s arms. In fact they even concocted their own version of the loyalty as you can see below.
Just for the record, I am in the A class according to these guide lines.
At least fence post sitting for the FSSP, the ICKSP, and the rest of the alphebet soup of the traditional wing of the Catholic faith (soon to be extint, except of course for the SSPX) will have to decide. Its a shame, these men are all good priests to be subject to this crap by the left wing antipope Leftie Leo. I suspect this will send all these priests scurrying in different directions. Some will leave to continue carrying on traditional faith either the SSPX, spinter groups or even the Sede’s, other will succumb to the Roman tyrants. If only they would unite under the SSPX we just might get a real pope in the Vatican some day.
The next thing I suppose will be a severed head in ecclesia dei’s bed. Only knowing Leo it probably won’t be the head but the other end. Burke’s rear end I suspect.
