That line is from one of my favorite movies, the Enemy below. Its pits 2 seasoned sea warriors in a nautical chess game. Kurt Jergins plays a seasoned Uboat captain and Robert Mitchem a U.S. destroyer captain. One point in the move the uboat has been under attack from depth charges from Mitchems destroyer for hours. The crew is about ready to crack so Jergens instructs his first officer to put a german drinking song on the ships turntable. He then has the entire crew sing along.
That was the first thought that came to mind after reading Chris Jackons latest piece involving Leo playing the Abba song dancing queen at a general papal audience. Dancing queen is more or less a gay rally song. Has Leo lost it, well ya but thats besides the point. I think he is telegraphing his intents. Dancing queen is perfect for this current Vatican crowd. The song perfectly fits the Prevost crowd. Gay chefs at the Apostolic Palace of Castel Gandolfo, Gays in the ranks of cardinals and bishops and gay agenda on tap for the latest round of the synod. Gays to the left of us, gays to the right of us, into the valley of death rode the last remaining straight Catholics. I loved Chris’s A.I. as well.
I do like Abba but I wish he would of chosen Waterloo. Oh wait, can’t do that then that might mean he was siding with Trump to attack Iran keeping nuclear weapons out of the hands of fanatical Muslims. Oh wait they are all fanatical. There is a priest I know who in a sermon said there ARE good muslims in the world. No the answer is not what you think. He said the only good muslim are the ones who don’t practice Islam. Sure would solve a lot of problems in Europe.
Lets not stop here lets assign more songs to other Catholics as well.
