I started home brewing in 2008. My two favorite recipes are Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Brown ale and St. Theresa little flower light ale. I got the idea of naming my ales after saints like the guys at Tridentine Brewing Company do. Try home brewing, a great hobby and the best part is you can drink your mistakes!
