When the persecution of the TLM was just ramping up I would sign any pro TLM petition I could find on line. Latest one is for that sinister looking Bishop Golka who put the gag order on Father Ripperger for a year. Ever see a picture of Golka, he looks like something that would pop out of a Jack-in-the box. I declined to sign it. Best thing Fr. R could do is affiliate himself and the Dolorans with the SSPX.
Took me a while but then realized that it did absolutely no good. Why? Because the bishops and the Vatican could care less. Fr. Altman said as much in an interview. Write them letters, send petitions, they will just have a good belly laugh and then toss in the trash. They only have one God…………….its cold hard cash. Keep that away from them and then they might finally wake up and take notice.

Remember, these organizations only rent the space in your local diocese. I am sure part of what you put into their collection basket goes to the diocese. Remember they need to cut all kinds of deals with the Vatican just to remain in a designated church. What happens when you don’t pay your rent? Like I say when your in bed with Rome better not snore too loud. I am not saying give up your mass, the only true Catholic mass. I am saying put nothing in the collection basket. If you like the Institute or the Fraternity great, but only contribute to their Seminary. Stick with stuff the own. Or instead contribute to the organizations and priests working to protect what we have left of the TLM. Who knows this might finally force the S.P. clergy to finally take a stand to stop the destruction going on in the church. To my knowledge the Institute of Christ King only owns 3 pieces of property in the U.S. Two in the Milwaukee Diocese thanks to the former Bishop of Milwaukee. St. Stans church (althought they MUST read one Novus Ordo mass on Saturday morning and one in the evening, which I assume will suffice for Sunday obligation for all the Novus Ordites in Milwaukee). They own the retreat center in Burlington which was the former Franciscan friary. After 30+ years with the ICKSP I drive right past Burlington to get to Mukwongo and my new SSPX chapel of St. Pius V where I DO make sure I drop in a weekly tithing to the church. And the burned out hulk of the old St. Gelasius church which is now shrine of Christ the King. The institute took ownership after a huge fire gutted the inside of the building. Cupich graciously gave them the deed when he pocketed the insurance money from the fire. He then told them if you want to rebuild then raise your own cash. Problem is even if they rebuild he banned the Latin mass from there anyway. So best case scenario is all dressed up with nowhere to go. Now is your chance to tell the Cupich’s of the world, get your own cash pal, I am through. BTW anyone know where Cupich was the night of the Fire? Oh like the good priest he is probably hearing confessions someplace.
Replace your petitions with your checkbook and you might finally start to see things happen. Besides how much of that N.O. cash is used to pay settlements for the vast army of pervert bishops they assembled. Nice work Leo!
